On March 10, 2017, Edgewood High School’s seniors and select faculty members faced off against each other in volleyball, dodgeball, and basketball to raise money for Riley Hospital for Children. In total, $700 was collected by EHS’s National Honor Society (NHS) members. Students were charged $2 at the door right before the game, but if they purchased them previously, they were only $1.

It’s time for Edgewood High School’s food drive. Food banks are running short this year – so short that they have asked Edgewood High School to donate as many cans as it can. The cans are normally donated to the Hoosier Hills food bank, however this year the food will be donated to the Richland Bean Blossom food bank in Ellettsville. They are requesting that donors provide nutritious, high-protein foods such as peanut butter and tuna. Students will earn points for their class by bringing in donations; the more cans a student brings in, the more points a class earns for homecoming.
